For most of my life I have been driven by one simple question:

How do things work—and how do they fit together?

That question has led me into many different fields, including physics, technology, health, martial arts, economics, philosophy, art conservation and consciousness studies. At first these appeared to be completely separate interests. Over time I realised they were all exploring the same underlying principle:

Coherence

Everything I do is an attempt to understand how coherent systems emerge—from the human body, to society, to technology, to the structure of reality itself.

As an author, I write books exploring science, philosophy, economics and consciousness, including The Derivation of Reality, Pure Fluid, and ENTIFY: The Architecture of Trust.

As the founder of ENTIFY, I am developing technologies for decentralised identity, trusted exchange and transparent economics, exploring how cryptography and open mathematics can provide the foundation for a more cooperative society.

Through Body Efficiency Training, I teach movement, Tai Chi, biomechanics, meditation and health, helping people develop strength, balance and efficiency through an understanding of how the body is naturally designed to move.

As a professional art conservator, I restore paintings and historical objects, preserving craftsmanship and cultural heritage for future generations through John Jacobs Studio.

Although these projects may seem very different, they all share the same purpose:

To explore how better understanding can lead to better systems—and ultimately, a better world.

My work is not about promoting ideology or offering simple answers. It is about asking fundamental questions, following evidence wherever it leads, and building practical solutions from first principles.
