Refund and Returns Policy

At Body Efficiency Training, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take great care in producing and packaging our products, many of which are made especially to order.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below before making a purchase.

Custom-Made Products

Many of our products—including books, posters, mugs, notebooks, and other merchandise—are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or accidental orders.

As we continue to expand our range, this policy will also apply to our digital products, including audiobooks, unless otherwise stated.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us with the following information:

  • Your order number (if available).

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.

Once we have reviewed and approved your request, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Where a return is required, we will advise you of the return address. Once your claim has been verified, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable resources and audiobooks (when available), are non-refundable once they have been purchased or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue where requested.

  • Ensure the item has not been intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.
